Irish Fare Featured at Fundraiser

The American Legion Hall in Buffalo will host a fundraiser dinner on Thursday, St. Patty's Day from 4:30 to 7pm.

On the menu is corned beef and cabbage, of course, and Irish Stew with an American Twist.

A packed room full of dignitaries, financial supporters, staff and clients gathered Tuesday morning at the new Volunteers of America Milestones Children's Home. Officially open for business, several speakers made brief presentations before the Sheridan County Chamber Ambassadors cut the ribbon.
