Lummis: Law Defends Gov't from Environmental Group Lawsuits

Rep. Cynthia Lummis' committee on Courts, Commercial and Administrative Law will hear HR 1996, a proposed law that would prevent abuse of the Equal Access to Justice Act, according to a statement released last Thursday.

Quiet Zone Celebration to Take Place Thursday

The City of Sheridan will host an event this Thursday celebrating the last train horn in downtown Sheridan as a quiet zone will be going into effect. The celebration is free and open to the public and will be taking place at the Historic Sheridan Inn at 5:30 pm on Thursday, October 13th.
