The Vacutech building in north Sheridan is nearly complete.

The 40,000 square foot Vacutech Building being constructed in the Hi-Tech Business Park in north Sheridan is several months behind schedule due to the wet spring we experienced earlier this year.

It was an Indian Summer kind of weekend that brought in the month of October. October brings reminders of Halloween and no Halloween is complete without a pumpkin. Where else to get your pumpkin than a trip out to the Koltiska “Pumpkin Patch,” east of Sheridan.

Ninety degree temperatures would make anyone thirsty, but riding thirteen miles on a bike in those temps, well...some said it was the bike ride from hell. But it was all done in fun and to introduce folks to the Sheridan Community Land Trust's plan for a new bike trail in Sheridan.
