CHEYENNE (AP) - A policy adviser to Wyoming Gov. Matt Mead says the state could lose wind energy projects if the sales tax exemption on wind energy equipment expires on schedule in January.

(WY NEWS SERVICE) -- The 10th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals upheld the Roadless Conservation Rule for U.S. Forests this month, something that the state of Wyoming claimed would limit the economy.
