A Wyoming Game and Fish hunter check station went off without a hitch earlier this week near Buffalo, as more than 300 hunters were stopped by Game and Fish personnel on Highway 16 Tuesday about a mile west of Buffalo.

The Sheridan County Commissioners have announced that they will be closing Dana Avenue from 13th Street to County Road 80 beginning 9 am Tuesday, November 1st. The stretch of road will be closed temporarily so the County can monitor how the closure will affect the movement of traffic through this area of the community.
