Sheridan County Fire Warden Bill Biastoch reminds people that the fire ban is still in effect for Sheridan County.

At their regularly scheduled monthly meeting Wednesday, the Sheridan Area Water Supply Joint Powers Board approved a services agreement with DOWL HKM Engineering to update the SAWS JPB Water System Model. SAWS Administrator Rod Liesinger.

This past spring the Sheridan Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees approved $9.8 million to enter into a contract with Cerner to design and implement a new state of the art electronic medical records system at the hospital.

The local concert series entitled “Acoustic Nights at the Carriage House Theater” will begin this Friday night in Sheridan.
