Libraries across Wyoming will be taking part in the 2nd Annual Snapshot Day tomorrow. All of the libraries throughout Sheridan County will be participating in this unique event.
On September 16th, 2001, eight University of Wyoming cross-country athletes lost their lives in a car accident, when another UW student who was driving drunk swerved into oncoming traffic and hit their vehicle.
