Johnson County Representative Mike Madden just began his third term. We recently had a conversation by phone and asked him if he supports Governor Mead's proposal to divert $156 million from the Permanent Mineral Trust Fund to Cities, Highways and the state's Rainy Day Account.

During a news conference this week, Wyoming Governor Matt Mead addressed several key issues including one of his priorities, which is to get more funding to local governments to use on infrastructure projects.
