The Northern Wyoming Community College District Board of Trustees received an update on the budget at their meeting Thursday night. Sheridan College President Dr. Paul Young advised the Board that the budget will not include any salary increases for faculty and staff.

The Wyoming Association of Broadcasters annual convention is this Friday and Saturday in Sheridan. Numerous events are planned throughout the two-day convention, including a Republican gubernatorial candidate forum Saturday morning at 10:30 at the Sheridan Holiday Inn.

SLIB Awards Nearly $3.5 Million to Sheridan

Sheridan economic development receives a boost from the Wyoming Business Council and SLIB.

The State Lands and Investment Board, or SLIB, met this morning to vote on grant applications submitted by various Wyoming municipalities. Mayor Dave Kinskey phoned Sheridan Media this morning with good news.
