The flooding has begun throughout many parts of Sheridan County, as Big Goose Creek is running over its banks and has flooded a home on NB Avenue and several residences along Big Goose Road. Sheridan County Emergency Management Coordinator Dave Coleman has this advice for those who are experiencing flooding.
The Sheridan County Fair Association Board of Trustees approved a traffic pattern and parking plan at their meeting Thursday night. Facilities Director Sharon Nadeau says the overall goal is to increase public safety.
The kick-off of the 9th annual Celebrate the Arts Festival began Thursday evening at the Historic Sheridan Inn with close to 150 people attending.
