Truck Rollover Near Dayton Thursday

A one-vehicle rollover accident occured Thursday evening near the Dayton / Parkman area.

Emergency and Wyoming Highway Patrol personnel responded to a one-vehicle rollover accident Thursday evening just after 5 pm. The location was Highway 343, near Dayton.

David Kuzara Arraigned on Aggravated Assault Charge

Sheridan resident David Kuzara was arraigned in District Court Thursday on a Felony Aggravated Assault charge.

An arraignment for 63-year-old Sheridan resident David Kuzara was held Thursday in 4th Judicial District Court in Sheridan County. Kuzara is charged with Aggravated Assault for an incident that occurred on July 27th, 2010 near the corner of Sheridan Avenue and Brundage Street.

Timothy Schaeffer Sentenced - Finally

Timothy Paul Schaeffer was sentenced to 5 to 8 years in the State Penitentiary, with credit for time served.

Originally scheduled to be sentenced in August of this year, Timothy Paul Schaeffer, age 55, was sentenced Wednesday afternoon in 4th Judicial District Court.
