An arraignment for 63-year-old Sheridan resident David Kuzara was held Thursday in 4th Judicial District Court in Sheridan County. Kuzara is charged with Aggravated Assault for an incident that occurred on July 27th, 2010 near the corner of Sheridan Avenue and Brundage Street.
Originally scheduled to be sentenced in August of this year, Timothy Paul Schaeffer, age 55, was sentenced Wednesday afternoon in 4th Judicial District Court.
