The Downtown Sheridan Association held their Annual Awards Meeting Tuesday night at the Elks Lodge in Downtown Sheridan. The event is held every year to recognize and acknowledge businesses within the community that have helped out or contributed to the community in any way.
The 15' x 20' quilt that was stolen from the Sheridan County Fulmer Library's Fiber Arts show last week has a little bit of history behind it. Last year a sweater was stolen from the exhibit, which prompted Artist Carol Kolf to make a special quilt for this year's show that ironically enough, was stolen as well.
