Montana Dakota Utilities announced that it is adjusting the proposed electrical rate increase filed with the Wyoming Public Service Commission last August. The supplemental filing calls for a smaller increase than originally proposed. The new request calls for an average 25 percent increase rather than the 31 percent average across all classes.

When the City of Sheridan received the final draft of the Zucker Report in June 2008, the Council created a committee to implement the recommendations contained in the report within an 18-month timeframe. The Zucker Implementation Review Committee has been working since that time to streamline the development process in the City.
