Some County Residents Voice Concerns About Comprehensive Plan

Residents United for Rural Areas and Lifestyles expressed their concerns with the recently adopted Sheridan County Future Land Use Plan. The group is comprised of Sheridan County residents that live south of the City of Sheridan. Their concerns are that the future transportation maps of Sheridan County show road networks that do not reflect the views of area residents.

Fairgrounds Takes New Look At Master Plan

Yesterday, The Sheridan County Commissioners voted unanimously to alter their contract with EnTech Engineering, which is working on designing implementation projects for the Sheridan County Fairgrounds. EnTech had been designing a new parking lot and landscape work to fix drainage issues on the west side of the fairgrounds.

Sheridan County Commissioners Thinking Energy Efficient

The Sheridan County Commissioners held their first meeting in September yesterday and Sheridan Media News Director Kurt Layher was there.
