Three young men charged with 1st Degree Murder made their initial appearance in Sheridan County Circuit Court on Thursday afternoon. The defendants are 19-year-old Dennis Poitra, 16-year-old Wyatt Bear Cloud, and 15-year-old Dharminder Vir Sen. Both Bear Cloud and Vir Sen are being charged as adults.

While the focus since Wednesday has been the horrific crime and subsequent capture and initial appearance of three suspects who are alleged to have murdered Sheridan businessman Bob Ernst, the Ernst family must now begin the painful process of picking up the pieces. That process begins with a memorial service, which has been scheduled for next Monday, August 31st at 10 am at St.
