The unofficial kickoff to the 2009 Sheridan WYO Rodeo is this Friday night with the Blake Shelton and Bucky Covington concert at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds. Then of course rodeo week kicks off next Tuesday with boot kick off in Kendrick Park.
