BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Yellowstone County commissioners have approved the final insurance settlement for the Rimrock Auto Arena at MetraPark, which was severely damaged by a tornado last summer.

Kerns Wildlife Habitat Management Area to Remain Closed

The Kerns Wildlife Habitat Management Area that was scheduled to open today will remain closed due to a portion of Pass Creek Road being closed because of a washout seven miles off Parkman Road, which provided access to the Kerns area.


2011 HOOP JAM - This weekend the 3 on 3 Sheridan Hoop Jam basketball tournament will take place in Whitney Plaza.

The event draws youth and adult teams from all over the region the tournament benefits many youth programs including the Sheridan high school Athletic trainers program.

Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian says the training program is a huge part of activities at Sheridan high school.
