Lummis to Salazar: Natural Gas Clean Energy, State Fracking Regs.

Congresswoman Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.) questioned Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar on the floor of the House this week, on issues including possible national hydraulic fracturing regulations and on clean energy sources.

The Western Dog Salon - Ribbon Cutting

At high noon on Saturday Catherine Humpert, owner of the Western Dog Salon, cut the red ribbon officially opening her business at its new location - 632 Coffeen Avenue in Sheridan. The Chamber Ambassadors were on hand along with several salon employees and a volunteer, Cally, Rita and Anna. Scroll down to get a glimpse of what it's like to lead a pampered dogs life.

Buffalo Boys, Girls Lose to Torrington

Saturday, the Bison boys and girls hosted the Torrington Trailblazers and both teams went down to defeat.
The girls dropped their game to the Lady Blazers 51-33, and the boys lost their game 56-44.

Broncs Lose to the Indians by One

In this photo sequence Sheridan Bronc Senior Hunter Reece goes airborne over Cheyenne Central's Deondre Davis - lands and then shoots for two of his four points on the day. The Broncs led Saturday's game 7 to 3 after one, 15 to 9 at the half, 24 to 21 after three but came up short in the last minute of play to finish 35 to 36.
