JCHC Financial Report Strong For January 2013

The Board of Trustees at the Johnson County Healthcare Center received some good news at their last meeting when Hospital Administrator Sandy Ward reported a strong financial showing in January.

Legislature to Address Supplemental Budget This Week

The Wyoming Legislature tackled a number of hot button social issues last week that dealt with everything from guns and abortion, to same sex marriage. This week, most of the focus will be on the supplemental budget explains Representative Rosie Berger.

WEEKEND LOCAL SPORTS WRAP UP

SHERIDAN HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams dropped games in Gillette Friday the Lady Broncs lost 55-45 and the Broncs 77-70.

This week they begin the 2nd round of conference play the Lady Broncs will play at Laramie and Cheyenne South while the Broncs host Laramie and South.

TONGUE RIVER BASKETBALL - The Tongue River Eagles and Lady Eagles played Sundance and Rocky Mountain. The Lady Eagles swept both games winning 65-33 and 61-47 to run their record to 18-0.

Design Standards Ordinance Up For Third Reading Tonight

Johnson County's Got Talent A Big Hit For Hospice

the Hospice Hotties perform a spoof of Michael Jackson's Thriller video during the Johnson County's Got Talent show Saturday.

This past weekend the talented townspeople of Buffalo put on quite a show again to help raise funds to benefit the Susie Bowling Lawrence Hospice at the Johnson County Healthcare Center.

Raymond Plank Lecture Monday At Buffalo Theater

Sheridan College in Johnson County will present a lecture by local personality Raymond Plank, along with a book signing and reception Monday evening at the Buffalo Theater.

Plan Now For Johnson County Health Fair Blood Draws

The Johnson County Health Fair's blood draws will happen next week in Buffalo and the following week in Kaycee, but planning and preparation for the draws should begin now.
