Buffalo Council Agrees to Water Line Easement Payments

Buffalo City Council

At last week's Buffalo City Council meeting, the council approved a request from City Attorney Ben Kirven for roughly $4,400 in payments for water line easements and fees he negotiated across state-owned lands at the Veteran's Home and private properties west of Buffalo.
Kirven explains.
