DKRW Advanced Fuels’ first proposed its Medicine Bow Fuel & Power coal-to-liquids complex in Carbon County about eight years ago. It’s supposed to be the first of its kind in the United States and, according to some, one of the cleanest energy plants in the world.

TROOPERS PREP FOR THE SEASON OPENER

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers are going on their second week of preseason workouts at Thorne-Rider stadium and we stopped in to check how things were going.

Head coach Ben Phillips says they easing the players into their practice routine, next week they'll start preparation for the home opener on the 27th.

Artwork produced by Sheridan College students is currently on display through May 9 at the Martinsen Gallery in the Whitney Building of Sheridan College. A reception will be held on Wednesday, April 3 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in gallery, where refreshments will be served.
