(WY News Service) -- Two species in Wyoming, the sage-grouse and Wyoming Pocket Gopher, are listed on a report that link oil and gas development to declines in their respective populations.

As We Look Skyward Today - We Remember

As we look skyward at the fiery sunset of January 28, 2012 we are reminded of what happened 73-seconds after the fiery lift off of the space shuttle Challenger on January 28, 1986. It was on that day of disbelief that many of us watched the shuttle, with seven on board, explode in a forking plume of smoke and fire - there were no survivors.

SATURDAY'S LIVE BROADCAST SCHEDULE

Here's our basketball broadcast schedule for Saturday as we feature four games today.

The Wyoming Cowboys play at Boise state live on 14-10 KWYO broadcast time is at 1:00 with the tip at 1:30.

The Sheridan Broncs play at Cheyenne East tip off is scheduled for 1:30 live on 95.9 FM.

The Sheridan college Generals and Lady Generals host Gillette college for games at the Hoffman dome tonight.

The women will play at 5:30 the men at 7:30 both games will be broadcast live on 14-10 KWYO and 95.9 FM.

A 25-year-old Sheridan man was sentenced in 4th Judicical District Court Friday for two counts of aggravated assault. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter was there and has the story.
