BHS Students Getting A European Experience

Sixteen students from Buffalo High School will be returning home this week after spending 12 days traveling through England, France and Spain.

Buffalo Council Approves Raises For Pool Employees

Buffalo's City Council at their last meeting approved increases in pay for city pool employees.

The Pool Board had approached the council earlier in the spring to request the raises for lifeguards and Pool Director Marcy Leis.

County Considers Change In Law Enforcement IT Services

Johnson County's Commissioners are looking into possibly changing the provider for IT (Information Technology) Services to the Law Enforcement Center.

During a recent road trip through nine states, I stumbled on to an interesting factoid: the longest highway in America bisects Wyoming.

An artist's reception was held for fifth-generation Wyomingite John Catterall at the Ucross Foundation Art Gallery Saturday afternoon. The show features paintings, etchings and screenprints that emphasize the rural Wyoming landscape and wildlife.
