Council to Act on Final Reading of Utility Ordinance

The Sheridan City Council will consider on third and final reading an ordinance establishing a municipal power enterprise.

Weekend local sports wrap up

TRACK AND FIELD - The Sheridan high school track teams competed at invitational in Billings Friday the Lady Broncs were 6th overall the Broncs placed 12th.

Maddy McClure took the 400 meters and Shayla Christensen won the shot put the top Bronc finisher was Aaron Campbell with a 2nd place finish in the 110 meter hurdles.

The "Gary Benson" invitational will be tomorrow Sheridan Head coach Art Bauers says this meet will be the best competition of the spring for most of the athletes.

Club's Duck Race A Success, Summer Season Begins Soon

The 24th Annual Buffalo Swim Club's Duck Race took place Saturday in Buffalo's Clear Creek, and if ticket sales and interested people along the banks of the creek are any indication, the race was again a successful fundraiser for the club.
