Sage Gallery Showcases Two Exhibits

Two shows will open for viewing Monday at the SAGE Exhibit Gallery in downtown Sheridan.

Smaller Communities Vote At Town Halls

Voters in Dayton, Ranchester and Clearmont will go to their respective town halls on Tuesday to vote in the county-wide capital facilities tax election.

Lady Rams play for the 2-A state voleyball title / Broncs and Rams advance in the football playoffs

STATE VOLLEYBALL - The Big Horn lady Rams beat Lovell in the state volleyball tournament semi finals Friday night. They will play Kemmerer this evening for the 2-A state title.

FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS - The Big Horn football team dominated Lyman in their first round play off game Friday. The Rams built up a huge lead and won 52-14. The Rams play at Lovell in the semi finals next week.

The Sheridan Broncs beat Laramaie 33-0 and will host a 4-A football semi final game next Friday at 6:00 against Cheyenne East.

Elk Poached Near Buffalo

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is seeking information about a bull elk that was poached west of Buffalo.

A Grand Send Off for Mischke

Rams Crush Lyman to Advance to Semi-Finals

The Big Horn Rams football team advanced to the semi-finals after crushing the Lyman Eagles 52-14 Friday afternoon in Big Horn. The Rams jumped out to a 21-0 lead early, before Lyman made things interesting late in the 2nd quarter.

After scoring to make it 21-8, Lyman picked off a Connor McCafferty pass near mid field. The Eagles then drove it deep inside Rams territory before Big Horn's defense stopped Lyman on a 4th and short. Rams Head Coach Michael McGuire talks about the importance of keeping Lyman out of the endzone at the end of the first half.

Hundreds, maybe even a thousand, of scarey prowlers roamed the downtown Main Street of Buffalo on Halloween, in search of – candy.

Sheridan Inn Remains Connected To Buffalo Bill

The legendary showman, Buffalo Bill Cody, who's tied to Sheridan through the historic Sheridan Inn, first saw the town in 1876, when he came through with General Crook's army, and they camped at the confluence of the Big and Little Goose creeks.
