CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - An undercover probe of a pig farm near Wheatland by the Humane Society of the United States has resulted in misdemeanor charges against nine former workers.

POWELL, Wyo. (AP) - About 5 percent of the iPads purchased for school students and staffers in Powell have had to be repaired or replaced since they were introduced last year.

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department announced Wednesday that the Gray Wolf Hunt Area No. 1, the Clark's Fork Management Unit northwest of Cody, is now closed. The area closed Wednesday morning because the mortality quota of four wolves was reached.

Now that Christmas is over, there are those that can't get rid of their Christmas tree fast enough. Since the City of Sheridan doesn't collect trees curbside, they've made it possible for residents to drop off their trees at several green waste bin sites around Sheridan.

It Seems Amazing That Hordes of People Are Not Choosing to Move to Wyoming

It has always been a mystery to me why millions of people are not moving to Wyoming.  For decades, I have expected our borders to be pounded by the influx of all these people who finally saw the light, packed up their belongings, kissed their hometowns good-bye and headed to the Promised Land. Our promised land.
