The development of the East 5th Street Corridor Plan is a project sponsored by th City of Sheridan, Sheridan County, and WYDOT.

Buffalo/Jo Co JC JPB Opens Bids For Work at Old Jail

The Buffalo/Johnson County Justice Center Joint Powers Board had their meeting Tuesday afternoon and opened bids for work to fix problems at the old jail.
The building will be renovated and repaired to possibly be used by Volunteers of America or other entities for office space.

Buffalo Council Awards Bid To Nelson Engineering

At their meeting Tuesday evening, Buffalo's City Council awarded the bid for engineering of the high-pressure water supply line to the city's schools to Nelson Engineering of Buffalo.

Benefit For Cynda Robinson This Weekend In Buffalo

This Saturday at the Johnson County Fairgrounds will be a benefit for Buffalo's Cynda Robinson, who was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year.

“Spirit of the West” Artists' Reception

An overflow crowd showed up Tuesday evening for the artists' reception at Sheridan College featuring the photography of Diana Volk and Stacey Ellenwood,

The show is called “Spirit of the West” and is all about passion, pursuit, and promise, and captures the way of the great American West.

SHERIDAN COLLEGE / WYOMING COWBOYS BASKETBALL LIVE TONIGHT

SC HOOPS - The Generals and Lady Generals host more conference action tonight against Dawson Community college. Game times are at 5:30 and 7:30 both games will be broadcast live on our sister station 95.9 FM.

The Lady Generals have won seven in a row and remain unbeaten in conference play.

The Generals have ended a two game losing streak and won their last two including Saturday's road win at 9th ranked Western Wyoming.

A huge herd of antelope including these 38 are busy having dinner as the sunsets west of the large open field just south of the college Tuesday afternoon.

Sheridan County Approves Land Lease Agreement With Verizon

Sheridan County Commissioners approved a land lease agreement with Verizon Wireless Tuesday. The agreement solidifies a prior agreement between Verizon and the Sheridan County Fair Association to construct a 60 foot monopole cell tower near the Fairgrounds office building.
