The Sheridan Ice figure skaters have been busy preparing for their upcoming competition this weekend in South Dakota. The girls will be heading east to take part in the Black Hills Gold Rush competition in Rapid City.

A night of mystery and mayhem in the West is the theme for a fundraiser for the Buffalo Senior Center entitled Murder at the Deadwood Saloon.
The event is an interactive murder mystery party where the patrons are the actors and the suspects.

John Gavin, Director of the Jim Gatchell Museum in Buffalo, approached the county commissioners last week to seek new computers, a new server and IT support for the museum.

Johnson County HS Sports Weekend Kickoff

Johnson County high school weekend sports got started last night in Midwest, where the Kaycee Buckaroos and Lady Bucs took on the Oilers and Lady Oilers. We'll have results when they are released. The 1A State Tournament will be in Casper March 1-3.
Elsewhere in basketball, the Buffalo boys will play in Newcastle tonight and will host Torrington tomorrow.
The Lady Bison will host Newcastle tonight and host Torrington Saturday.
Game times tonight are at 4, 5:30 and 7 in both Buffalo and Newcastle.
