Sheridan Babe Ruth 14’s Win State Championship

The Sheridan Babe Ruth 14 year old team traveled to Worland July 18-21 to compete in the Wyoming State Babe Ruth 14 year old tournament. The talented Sheridan team ran through the competition with three wins in three consecutive days over Powell (16-5), Evanston (14-3) and Gillette (13-0).

TROOPERS SET SINGLE SEASON WIN RECORD

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers swept a double header in Miles City, Montana Monday night and in the process set a new record for victories in a season they end the regular season at 44-9 which included and unbeaten record in conference play.

They beat Miles City 12-10 and 5-2 Josh Loseke got the win in relief in the first game and Kalvin Eisenach got the win in the second game.

Legacy Pregnancy Resource Center to Expand

Officials with the Legacy Pregnancy Resource Centerin Sheridan break ground on the site of their future expansion.

The Legacy Pregnancy Resource Center opened their doors in the fall of 2010 to offer help to those who are at risk of, or are facing an unplanned pregnancy. Monday, a groundbreaking was held at their current location of 847 Coffeen Avenue in Sheridan, as they look to expand their facility.
