The Buffalo and Sheridan High School Rodeos were held over Memorial weekend, and despite the rain and sloppy conditions, there was some great rodeo action all three days!

Rabid Skunk Found In Dayton

A skunk found on West 2nd Avenue in Dayton tested positive for rabies this week.

Cordon Sentenced In District Court On Forgery Charge

William Cordon was sentenced in District Court Tuesday in Buffalo after previously pleading guilty to one count of Forgery and one count of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses.

City Building Permit Needed

Recently while at the Kendrick Municipal Golf Course I overheard several employees talking about the lack of response from the Mayor and his Staff at City Hall over their building request for the Martin House at the golf course. Hearing this I quickly investigated and now understood the need for the construction improvement permit.

A young, 170-pound male black bear was spotted in town this morning in the equipment yard behind Prime Rate Motors.

JCHC OKs Premium Increases For Employee Insurance
