Mraz Makes Initial Appearance in Circuit Court

Earlier this week 23-year-old Sheridan resident Miranda Mraz was arrested on the charges of Larceny by Bailee and False Reporting in connection with the incident last Saturday at the Eagles Club at 5th and Main. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter has more on this developing story.

The 3rd annual Baby Fair will take place Saturday at Sheridan Memorial Hospital. “It's All About You Baby”, is a chance for new parents or expecting parents to receive some education says Hospital Marketing Manager Danae Brandjord.

K-12 students in the Arvada-Clearmont School took a break from their usual class schedule yesterday to host all four state legislators from Sheridan County.

Bison Soccer Off, Other Sports A Go This Weekend

The Bison and Lady Bison soccer teams are off this weekend but all the other high school sports teams in Johnson County will be in action.

The Bison golf team will host a good sized tournament on Saturday at the Buffalo Golf Club. Fourteen teams will be here to participate.

The Buffalo track and field team will host their Crazy Woman Invitational today. Big Horn, Tongue River, Greybull, NSI and Sheridan's JV will be participating.

Buffalo's Isaac Kiefer will be in Casper this evening at the Wyoming Track Classic, a best-of-the-best meet. He will compete in the 800-meter run.

Texas Hold 'Em Fundraiser For Boys and Girls Club Saturday

The Seventh Annual Texas Hold 'Em Tournament fundraiser to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of the Bighorns in Buffalo will be Saturday evening at the Bozeman Trail Conference Center.

Berger: No Income Tax, But Possibly Fuel

Sheridan County State Legislator, Rosie Berger, said the state is in a financial rough spot due to low natural gas prices.

Buffalo YMCA Hosting Healthy Kids Day Event Saturday

YMCAs across the country will be celebrating “Healthy Kids Day,” this Saturday, April 28,and the Johnson County Family YMCA will be participating as well.

Kids and parents alike can join in the healthy activities, games, have healthy snacks and learn more about how to live a healthier life.

RMI Roundup Begins This Weekend in Buffalo

This year's Rocky Mountain International Roundup is being hosted by Buffalo, and will happen this weekend, April 29 through May 1.

The Buffalo Chamber of Commerce has been working hard over the last year to make sure the roundup is a success.

WEEKEND SOCCER /TRACK / GOLF / BASEBALL

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Broncs play at home tonight against Cheyenne Central and tomorrow against East the Lady Broncs are playing in Cheyenne.

The Lady Broncs have only one loss on the season they already have regular season victories over both Central and East. Head coach Tom Racette says it's been a great year for Lady Bronc soccer.

And he says they expect to see great challenges in both matches.

Wohl shared a poem called “Triage” which is also the name of her second published book of poetry.
