Monday we told you that Sheridan Memorial Hospital intends to send out letters to each of the patients where a Laryngeal Mask Airway could have been used during surgery between June 1st and November 8th of last year.

Singer/songwriter Michael Martin Murphey has been added to the lineup of performers for this year's Big Horn Mountain Festival coming up this July in Buffalo.

Bison, Buckaroo Track Teams at Speedgoat Classic Today

Both the Buffalo and Kaycee High School track teams will be in Newcastle today for the Speedgoat Classic Track and Field Meet.

Both teams are coming off a successful showing at the Jerry Campbell Invite last week in Buffalo.

The Speedgoat Classic gets underway this morning at 9am.

The Bison boys' and girls' soccer teams will be back on the field Saturday to take on the Tigers in Lander. Both teams will be away on Saturday. Games are scheduled at 12 and 2.

The Johnson County Healthcare Center Board of Trustees had their monmthly meeting Wednesday evening and heard updates on the status of the current construction project and on the next phase of construction, the 2016 project.

Area Kids Selected To Wyoming 6-Man Football All-Star Team

Wyoming and Nebraska will play a 6-Man All Star Football game later this Spring with athletes representing their home states.
The game is scheduled for June 30 in Arthur, Nebraska.

A number of area athletes were selected to the Wyoming All-Star Team, and Wyopreps.com released the list Wednesday afternoon.

Buffalo Council OK's Repairs to Children's Center Roof

GEARING UP FOR MORE SPRING SPORTS ACTION THIS WEEK

TROOPER BASEBALL - We have more to day from Sheridan Trooper baseball spring training as we mentioned Wednesday the regular season begins May 6th with the Troops hosting a double header with Casper.

They have six weeks to get ready for their first games they Head coach Ben Phillips returns the bulk of last year's team including a strong pitching staff.

Offense shouldn't be a problem for the troops this season as Phillips says they didn't have trouble scoring runs last year but had trouble stopping other teams from scoring more.

Volunteers Seek Missing Gillette Woman

GILLETTE, Wyo. (AP) - More than 50 people have searched an area northwest of Gillette for a mother of three who has been missing since Monday.
