Team Wyoming to compete in National Tournament

The Team Wyoming Pee Wee hockey team will participate in the USA Hockey National Tournament held just outside Washington DC March 28- April 1st.


ESPN.COM is quoting Peyton Manning's agent Manning will sign a free agent contract with the Broncos.

Portion of Burkitt Street to Close Tuesday

Due to the construction of the new District Court Hearing Room at the Sheridan County Courthouse a portion of Burkitt Street from Main to Brooks Street will be closed all day Tuesday beginning at 8:30 am. Sheridan County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller.

Johnson County Commissioners Meet New GIS Specialist

Johnson County's new GIS (Geographic Information Systems) Specialist, Jim Waller, was officially introduced to the county commissioners at their meeting March 6.
Waller started his position March 1, and has been busy adjusting to the new job in the County Planning Office.

Bison Boys Win Two This Weekend To Open Season

Buffalo takes on Natrona Saturday at BHS. Buffalo won the game 4-2 in overtime.

The Buffalo boys' soccer team openined their 2012 season by winning both of their games this weekend, 1-0 over Gillette and 4-2 in overtime against natrona.
Friday the boys hosted Gillette.
Collin Rodriguez assisted Wyatt Witty who scored the games only goal for Buffalo's 1-0 win. Buffalo had 7 shots on goal to Gillette's 2.
Saturday the game times were changed for both the boys' and girls' games, with the girls varsity game played at 10am, boys JV at noon and boys' varsity at 2pm.
Buffalo's boys varsity went to overtime before finally beating Natrona 4-2.
