The 54th annual Stars Of Tomorrow contest, sponsored by the Buffalo Kiwanis Club will be presented today (Sunday) at 4pm at the Buffalo High School Auditorium.

Mike Ibach - Conference Coach of the Year

The Wyoming Coaches Association has selected Sheridan Bronc Head Coach Mike Ibach as the East Conference Boys Basketball Coach of the Year. Mike joins Bubba O'Neil, the West Coach of the Year from Evanston, as the two top coaches in the 4A.

(WY News Service) -- Three big components - demographics, economics and healthcare - make Medicaid vital in rural areas of Wyoming, that's according to a new study by the Center for Rural Affairs. Study author, Jon Bailey, CFRA director of research and analysis.


BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Sheridan high school soccer teams both opened the 2012 season with victories Friday.

The Lady Broncs beat Riverton 3-1 at Sheridan high school while the broncs got a 1-0 shut out on the road.

Today the Lady Broncs head to Cody for a jamboree and the Broncs will play at a jamboree in Worland both teams will play three matches today.

TRACK AND FIELD - The 2012 track and field season opens today the Sheridan and Tongue River high school teams are scheduled to compete at the Natrona county Earlybird meet.
