Buffalo author Gene Gagliano had a book signing Saturday, hosted by the Pamida in Buffalo. Gagliano's children's books are becoming very popular and will now be available at the Buffalo Pamida as well as a number of other locations in Buffalo. Children and adults stopped by to get a signed copy of one of his 11 books and to hear him read his favorite sections from his work.
In his closing comments to the legislature Thursday in Cheyenne, Governor Matt Mead thanked lawmakers for their work on the budget and shared news of a delay in scientific peer review of a Pavilion groundwater study.
Now that the 61st session of the Wyoming Legislature is history, we figured we'd hear a little bit about Representative Jon Botten's experience of the budget session. Botten says things went pretty smoothly considering what was talked about prior to the session beginning in
Johnson County's Commissioners approved agreements concerning the hazard mitigation plan and the survey of lands at the airport.
The first agreement was with Michael Baker Jr., Inc. to complete the county's Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan.
