The Wyoming Highway Patrol has released their investigation report after a 42-year-old Kalispell, Montana man was found dead in the median on Interstate 25 near Kaycee on Friday.

Taking a look at the local sports schedule this week. The Sheridan Bronc basketball teams will be in the friendly confines of the Sheridan High School gymnasium. This Friday the Broncs will host Cheyenne East at 7:30 pm and then Cheyenne Central Saturday afternoon at 1:30 pm.

Parents with children getting set to enter kindergarten in Sheridan County School District Two will be able to register their child between February 29th and March 2nd at their neighborhood elementary school. The hours that parents can register on those days is from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

The City of Sheridan has announced that the Fire Civil Service Commission will meet next Wednesday regarding a proposed rule change. City Human Resources Director Heather Doke says that next week's meeting is part of the public comment process.

Buffalo Planner Updates Council On Grant Applications

Buffalo City Planner Zach Montgomery, at last week's city council meeting, gave updates on the current grant applications he is working on for the city.
Montgomery went after a USDA grant for the Southwest Quadrant Infrastructure Project, and met the February 15 application deadline.

Bison Wrestlers Tune Up For Conference With Weekend Duals

Buffalo's wrestling team is still struggling getting healthy, but those participating had a good weekend showing at both Worland and Glenrock this past weekend.
Friday the team was in Worland and Saturday traveled to Glenrock to take on both the Herders and Thermopolis Bobcats.
Kyle Burton went 3-0 in his weekend matches, Jonathan Land finished 2-0, Ryan Watsenbaugh posted a 2-1 record, Cody Sanburn finished 1-1, and Seth Sickler went 0-2.
The team will be at the Conference meet this Friday and Saturday in Rawlins.
