As Big Horn Lady Ram Erica O'Dell guards Wright Lady Panther Brittany Belt on their way down court they pass in front of the Big Horn Pep Band. The sheet music on the stand is "I Gotta Feeling" by the Black Eyes Peas. The Pep Band may have played just the music but no doubt the lyrics set the tone for Friday night's game between the Big Horn and Wright girls varsity basketball game.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Eagle Bronze Foundry of Lander and Cody painter Michael C. Poulsen are among the winners of the Governor's Arts Awards for 2011. The other winners selected by Gov. Matt Mead are Seymour Thickman, an arts patron in Sheridan, and a non-profit arts organization in Lander called Promoting Arts in Lander Schools.
