A Kiss for a Job Well Done

Saturday was Cat day at the Sheridan County Fair and Betty Ann Jerney took home top honors for her showing of Wiley Kat who she rewarded with a kiss after being presented the award winning plaque. The afternoon started with a written test, measuring of tails & whiskers, weighting and documentation before judge Brenda Mckenzie took on the daunting task of picking winners.

Hospital Taking Health Fair Blood Draw Appointments Monday

Volunteers at Sheridan Memorial Hospital will begin taking appointments for the 2011 Health Fair wellness screenings Monday, August 1st. The blood draws will be held every morning the week of August 22nd through the 27th.
