It was great to see sell out performances on both Friday and Saturday for the 81st Annual Sheridan WYO Rodeo. This panoramic photo is from Saturday when the 7th Cavalry Drum & Bugle Corps played before the sell out crowd. Some counts put the four night fairground's attendance at 18,000.

A news release issued by the Wyoming Highway Patrol states that 21-year-old Buffalo resident Dalli Johnson died in a one-vehicle rollover late Sunday night six miles east of Buffalo in Johnson County.

Two weeks ago nearly 200 people showed up at the Sheridan City Council meeting to show their support for Sheridan Fire-Rescue.

SHERIDAN WYO RODEO - The 81st Sheridan WYO rodeo is history the final event was yesterday at the big horn equestrian center with the WYO rodeo cup several hundred attended including the WYO rodeo committee.

We asked committee member Tom Ringley what the founders of the WYO rodeo would think of today's rodeo.

And Ringley stated the entire ten days went very well and attendance at all the events was very good.

The Tenth Annual Johnson County Relay For Life took place Friday and into Saturday at the Buffalo High School track. Dana Delaney, first-year organizer for this year's relay, said although there were some trying moments, she was pleased with how it turned out.

Johnson County Planner Rob Yingling, at the last commissioner's meeting, told the commissioners there needs to be a County Board of Equalization established before zoning is adopted in the county.

Budget Tops To-Do List For Jo Co Commission

The Johnson County Commissioners will have their second meeting of July on Monday instead of the traditional Tuesday, and the top priority will be adopting the Appropriations Bill, or the yearly budget for fiscal year 2011-2012.

Buffalo Chamber Visitor's Center Officially Opens
