Lookin' Good after the Closure

Great Lakes flight 7220 from Denver to Sheridan arrived Tuesday evening just as the sun was setting over the Bighorns. The Sheridan County Airport is back in operation after last weekend's closure for major construction on the main runway.

U.S. 14 Detour May Be Open For Travel This Friday

A little over a week ago the Wyoming Department of Transportation hired a contractor to build a detour around a slide that has forced U.S. 14 to be closed since June 13th.

The Sheridan Junior High School "Soldier Pile Wall Project" engineered by Vista West Engineering of Sheridan is nearing completion. The 2.14 acre project on the Sheridan County School District No. 2 property included excavation of unstable soils; installation of a soldier pile retaining wall and tieback system; and slope grading seen here.

SEEDA Board approves RFP for future use of the Hand in Hand facility in Sheridan.

The Sheridan Economic and Education Development Authority has held a couple of special meetings this month to work on the details on a Request for Proposal for use of the Hand in Hand facility in Sheridan.
