Sheridan's fourth and fifth grade students made a commitment to be in the Elementary Choir program for the entire school year and it paid big dividends Thursday evening at the Early Auditorium.

On Tuesday the Sheridan County Commissioners took ownership of the Old Arvada Elementary School in order to facilitate the transfer of the school to the Powder River Community Center Board. Advocacy & Resource Center: Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are needed in several areas at the Advocacy & Resource Center in Sheridan.

The Advocacy and Resource Center has put out a call for several areas of volunteering. The most critical need, says Director Bonnie Young, is the Crisis Line.

Dayton East Road Closure May 9th

The Sheridan County Commission has authorized work to be done Monday, May 9th on County Road 102, also known as the Dayton East Road, 1.2 miles east of the Town of Dayton.

Expanding the pathways north and south is something that the City of Sheridan will continue to work on this summer.
