"Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" on the TRHS Stage

Most of the cast members of the Tongue River High School Drama Department production of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" were on stage in the Act two, Scene five trial of the Knave of Hearts seen here. Scroll down to see more of this beautifully costumed and very colorful production directed by Bonnie Klasinski on the TRHS Stage in Dayton, Wyoming on Friday and Saturday evening.

Local Wyoming All-Star Basketball Players

Coach Frank McCarthy of Sheridan College has announced the Wyoming All-Star girls basketball roster for the Wyoming v/s Montana All-Star Games to be played on June 10-11, 2011. On the team from the local area are: Brianna Smith and Kayla Woodward from Sheridan and Dallas Shaw from Buffalo.

Beautiful Weather for a Track Meet

This last Saturday April 17th. the Sheridan varsity track team headed to billings to compete against the Montana schools. When the team arrived everybody was ready to go out a run hard. The weather was great staying in the mid 50's all day with little wind and clouds.

SHERIDAN COLLEGE RODEO RESULTS

The Sheridan college men's rodeo team had a strong showing in Casper, WY this weekend with a 4th place finish. The team was led by team roper Matt Schieck from Casper.

Matt and his brother Brad who rodeos for the University of WY won the long round with a time of 6.2 seconds, they placed 3rd in the shirt round and 3rd in the average.

Shane Stevens from Hawk Springs, WY placed 4th in the first round in the Bareback riding with a 68 pt ride, he placed 4th in the second round with a 62 point ride, putting Shane 3rd in the average.

Bison Boys Win Big, Girls Win and Tie

The Bison boys' soccer team posted two big conference wins over the weekend, defeating Newcastle and Torrington.
On Friday the boys hosted Newcastle and shut out the Dogies 4-0.
Saturday they traveled to Torrington and defeated the Trailblazers 8-0.
