Hospital AR One of the Lowest in The Region

Sheridan Memorial Hospital has decreased their accounts receivable significantly over the last four years.

Accounts receivable is defined as money which is owed to a company by a customer for products and services provided on credit. Several years ago Sheridan Memorial Hospital made it a goal to try and lower their accounts receivable significantly.

The Challenge is Almost Complete

There are only a few more days left in the annual "Pennies for Presidents Day" fundraiser.

With the month of February drawing to a close, the final push is on for the 8th annual “Pennies for Presidents Day” fundraiser challenge.

The Sheridan Broncs beat Cheyenne Central 64 to 39.

The Sheridan Lady Broncs beat Cheyenne Central 78-61.

City's Curbside Recycling Pilot Program is Wrapping Up

After 8 months, the City of Sheridan Curbside Recycling Pilot Program is nearing an end, as they will be picking up both containers that have been used in the program Monday February 28th, and Tuesday March 1st from the Sparrow Hawk Subdivision.

The Tongue River Eagles advance in regional elimination game

The Tongue River Eagles knocked Moorcroft out of the regional tournament in Newcastle by beating the Wolves 69-52.

Next up the Eagles play the loser of tonight's semi final game between Big Horn and Burns.

A frosted window pane makes an interesting, artistic and textured, view of two whitetail deer as they look back from the far side. On cold winter days it's nice to stay warm inside and still appreciate the beauty of our Sheridan area.

During the Sheridan High School musical "Peter Pan" the Sheridan Central Education Association invites you to participate in a silent auction of these and many more handmade birdhouses. The birdhouses will be on auction in the lobby with proceeds going to help fund college scholarships for local students.

Freshman Mariah Olesen, shown here, shares the mischievous role of Tinker Bell with senior Mona Tescher in the Sheridan High School musical production of "Peter Pan" in the Sue Henry Auditorium at the High School. Performances remaining are Friday at 7:30 p.m., Saturday at 1 and 7:30 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the high school office until 4:00 p.m.
