Scenic Character Plan Approved by Planning Commission

The City of Sheridan Planning Commission met Monday night to consider the Scenic Character Plan. Developing the plan has been a process that has been about a year in the making and it builds upon work started in the City County Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan.

By a score of 115 to 44 the Lady Generals waxed the Little Big Horn College Lady Rams on Saturday. The Lady Generals made a clean sweep of the 37th Annual Lions Club Thanksgiving Basketball Classic taking wins on both Friday and Saturday to run their record to 8 and 1 on the season. On Saturday as the photo collage indicates, "Have suit - will shoot" and 11 did by my count.

Australian Company Buys Stake In Decker Coal

HELENA, Mont. (AP) - An Australian company says it is buying an interest in coal mines in Montana and Wyoming as interest increases in shipping the product overseas to feed growing energy demands in Asia.
