Planner: One percent requests being submitted

One-Percent funding request deadline is Tuesday

One-percent funding requests from the city and county are being submitted, ahead of the January 18 deadline, said Buffalo City Planner Zach Montgomery. City and county department heads and boards submit their requests to the One-Percent Committee, who will choose the best requests for funding. Montogomery explains.

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams split games Friday night. The Lady Broncs beat Billings Skyview 71-30 to stay unbeaten at 11-0.

Kayla Woodward had 22 points to lead the way the Lady Broncs play at Natrona county today at 2:45 you can hear that game live on 95.9 FM.

The Broncs lost at Billings Skyview last night 59-47 Dex Currington had 18 points to lead the Broncs Riley Ryan had 14. The Broncs host NC today at 4:30 that game will also be broadcast live on 95.9 FM.

Two Arraigned in District Court

19-year-old Eulalia Garcia was arraigned on four counts in 4th Judicial District Court Thursday. They are: Count 1 – Felony Larceny; Count 2 – Conspiracy to Commit Burglary; Count 3 – Larceny; and Count 4 – Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, to a Minor.

Officials with the Bighorn National Forest want to remind people that even when the ground is snow covered that no off-road vehicles or ATV's with wheels are permitted to be off of open numbered posted roads.
