To some, Winter Wonderland is a famous Christmas song first published in 1934, but to Sheridanites it is a view down one of our many county roads. In this example it is the breathtaking view heading south on County Road 77, Little Goose Canyon Road, not far from Big Horn.

Bear Cloud Sentencing Continued

Sentencing for Wyatt Bear Cloud has been continued

Friday was to be the sentencing date for 17-year-old Wyatt Bear Cloud, who plead "Guilty" to Felony Murder in the 1st Degree on September 8th, just days before he was to go to trial. Bear Cloud is one of three defendants involved in the August 26, 2009 shooting death of Robert Ernst.

DA Davidson's Annual Presentation Tonight

People driving by the WYO Theatre for the past week may have noticed that DA Davidson has on the marquee that tonight is the annual free presentation on the financial climate in the country.

The event begins at 4:30 with an open house and reception, followed by speaker Fred Dickson.

City Clerk: Buffalo's Financial Health

Julie Silbernagel, Buffalo's City Clerk, also contributed to the State of the City Address on Wednesday, reporting that the city's financial health was good.

City Planner: Buffalo Growth, Economic Diversity

Buffalo's City Planner, Zach Montgomery, addressed the public during Wednesday's State of the City Address, and said in addition to his planning duties, he feels he also needs to concentrate on recruiting development, both residential and commercial, to spur economic development in the City.

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams play Billings Skyview tomorrow night the Lady Broncs enter play this week 10-0 and ranked #1 in class 4-A.

They beat Skyview the second game of the season in Billings by 25 and Head coach Derek Bissitt says the Lady Broncs need to start fast tomorrow night.

The game is scheduled to tip at 7:30 at Sheridan high school you can hear it live on our sister station Oldies 105.9 FM Aaron Ligocki has joined our broadcast team and will have all the play by play.

Governor Mead Delivers “State of the State” Address Wednesday

Wyoming's 32nd Governor, Matt Mead gave his “State of the State” address Wednesday to a joint session of the Legislature in Cheyenne. Early in his address, Mead said that he will stay true to his platform that he outlined during his campaign.
