Monday morning, the Sheridan County Commissioners will be hearing several property tax assessment appeals. Commissioner Steve Maier says although most disputes are resolved with the County Assessor earlier on, if the person is not satisfied with that result:

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Laramie County's grant manager will leave his job because he is running for Laramie County clerk and the federal government says he'll be breaking the law if he does both. Tim Thorson said this week his last day as grant manager for the county will be Aug. 5. He made his decision after he received a letter from the U.S.

The Nicolaysen Art Museum in Casper will be hosting a presentation this week by President of The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Michael M. Kaiser. The presentation is part of Kaiser's national tour entitled “Arts in Crisis: A Kennedy Center Initiative”. Prior to his presentation, Kaiser will great leaders from arts organizations from around Wyoming.
