CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming Highway Patrol says a high-speed car chase in Casper has resulted in the arrest of a man suspected of kidnapping a Colorado woman and two children. The patrol says the kidnap victims, including children aged 3 weeks and 8, are safe.

Proficiency Assessments for Wyoming Students, better known as PAWS, is the assessment system developed by the Wyoming Department of Education in conjunction with NCS Pearson. PAWS assesses students from around the state in reading, writing, math, and science.
