Department of Ed. To Release PAWS Results Publicly

The Wyoming Department of Education has now made the 2010 PAWS results available to School Districts around the state as well as to the public. The reason for the delay in releasing the results is due to technological issues that were incurred while the testing was being administered last spring.

Members from the Sheridan Recreation District along with City officials held a ribbon cutting ceremony on the new playground equipment at Thorne-Rider Park Thursday.

The City of Sheridan and the Sheridan Recreation District held a ribbon cutting Thursday for the new playground equipment and basketball court in Thorne-Rider Park. Both the playground and basketball court were paid for with optional one cent funds.

Big Horn to Host Statewide Student Council Convention

Big Horn High School will host the Wyoming High School Student Council Convention November 8th and 9th.

About 650 student leaders representing over fifty high schools around Wyoming will be visiting Big Horn High School November 8th and 9th, as the school plays host to the annual High School State Student Council Convention.
