Capitol Tree Stops in Buffalo

The Capitol Christmas Tree made an overnight stop in Buffalo Monday.

The 67-foot spruce from Wyoming's Bridger-Teton National Forest that will be a gift for the US Capitol from the residents of Wyoming made an overnight stop in Buffalo Monday.

We've been anticipating its visit since June, when it was first announced that Wyoming would be providing the Capitol Christmas Tree. The tree made a stop in Sheridan Monday afternoon, Sheridan Media's Mary Jo Johnson was there.

The 1st Degree Murder Trial for Shawn Osborne is underway in 4th Judicial District Court.

A panel of 52 potential jurors were on hand in 4th Judicial District Court Monday morning as part of the jury selection process for the 1st Degree Murder Trial of Sheridan resident Shawn Osborne.
